These two women saved my life, so when I got the notification this video was posted I almost cried. I have always related to pink and drew for their painful childhoods and unfortunately for addiction as well. "Little girl lost" was the first book that made me feel seen "Misunderstood" by P!nk was the first album that made me feel understood. I've tried to end it last year and ended up in the psych ward for a month. I'm trying to get clean now, I'm not yet but I'm working on it and this interview inspired me once again to go on and to be and do better. Thank you Drew and thank you P!nk for using your voice to save others.

Drew's book Little Girl Lost helped save my life when I was at my absolute bottom and wanted to end my life because I didn't see my life getting any better and I didn't know how to emerge from the dark pit of depression and self-loathing. That was in 1996 and I have been sober ever since. My life is so amazing today, and it can be for you too. I truly wish for you to know happiness and peace and be able to love yourself. Work for it, don't give up... because I am telling you it is worth it. Find at least one thing every day to be grateful for and life will begin to shift. Sending you love, light, and healing. May you know a new freedom and a new happiness. 💖🥰

Another one of great interviews. Drew was already great in this show and as a host, but lately I've been feeling that she is getting into her groove with those laidback, kick-off-your-shoes-interview. The insight that she brings from her past makes the guests relax a little more and gives a frank answer. It's also great that her past is full of wild experiences and memories which connects her to her guests. The interview is like we aren't there. Wonderful. Drew, I know you will never read this but in case you do... Life comes with happiness, wondering and regrets. It's what we do with the regrets that makes us us. You're majestic. All the love.

I'm glad that Drew doesn't feel bad about her narrative. She shouldn't. Girl went through it and came out stronger and one of the most wonderful human beings alive today. Being honest with their kids about their histories and just the world in general is really just the best thing they can do. These kids will grow up knowing their parents aren't infallible but yet still powerful and amazing. Proving you can make mistakes and grow from them.

I have to say I'm completely out of touch. lol I knew there was a singer named Pink and I may have seen her photo....but that's it. This is the first time I've heard her speak and I love her. So I just watched the next thing recommended by YT and it was Pink and band singing "What about us" on Howard Stern. Omg....what a beautiful song, what a beautiful voice, what a beautiful band. Two of the most honest, real women in entertainment!!! ♥️♥️♥️ I asked my 16 year old (who is a straight A, high honors student and Such an AMAZING KID!) If she could see anyone in concert who would she see......she said "PINK, CUZ SHE'S F*CK'N AMAZING.....she is so cool Mom, she's a great Mom, she's a total activist, she's freaking hot, and she's a bad*ss!".........So, we will see You Ms Alicia in August at Fenway!
