An American diner on a British cruise ship? well that's what P&O have introduced on their brand new ship Arvia. This is an included restaurant that has a breakfast, brunch and dinner menu available and in this video we do a complete review of the food on offer and again like all our other videos we explain the different ways to dine and what you will need to do in order to eat here yourselves whilst on board. Also how cool is the decor inside lol

I thought the food in 6 street dinner was awful,they just couldn’t cook a decent steak,my wife had a chicken dish which she wasn’t happy with. Service wasn’t great either. We couldn’t be bothered to complain as it takes ages . We just put it down to a bad experience. Mind you that was the maiden voyage,maybe they have sacked the chef that cooked our meals . Happy cruising.

Good video guys thanks, I’ve done 3 cruises on Arvia now, here’s our experience of the 6th street diner. I had the beef strips, they were inedible and as I glanced at the lady on the next table who also had chosen the beef strips, she was having the same experience as me, it was like chewing Charlie Chaplins old boots. 2 cruises further on we tried to have another go, this time the young lady on the entry desk had such a superior attitude we about turned and walked out. The whole thing wants replacing with another style of restaurant!

Would love the breakfast, Steak and Eggs" preferred, (we call eggs that aren't flipped, sunny side up) but the lunch looked delicious also, Kev and Stacey. Would love the Chicago Dog, but never ketchup!!! Also enjoyed hearing on how you have to film brunch and dinner so close together. But, I know you're up to it. I remember the video where you ate at the buffet and went directly to the Pizza Parlor. (Could have been vice versa) 🤣🤣We'd at least a nap in between! Then we'd be up for a few too many shrimp/prawns and roast turkey. Enjoyed your visits to the diner, but would have loved being there ourselves more! Thanks for bringing us along.

Excellent vlog as usual . We tried both menus over the two weeks like you and never had a bad meal . Did you try the monkey bread ? It was good . Amazing what you put yourselves through to bring us these great reviews , all in the line of duty 😅😅

They are both lovely but we enjoyed the fact they added different places to eat on the Arvia. Plus the mini golf on the Arvia was a nice touch. Other than that they are pretty similar.

Hi they were the only menus they handed out to us but I'm sure for the kids there was a separate menu that they handed out

You can buy Hidden Valley Ranch mix in a large plastic container and mix it with milk, Mayo and mix. Don’t buy the bottle stuff it has a twangy taste, not good. The mix is great and lasts a long time. Other than that Ken’s Ranch bottled does taste just like the mix does. I get it at WinCo in California. You two are great reviewers.

if you worry about the music maybe consider voice-over video taping. I sometimes prefer that myself. take care guys

Hi luckily the music was OK in the end. We prefer to talk in the moment and not do voice-overs. Just fits with our style of videos to do it this way. Would prefer to describe food as we're eating it 👍

Could you p!ease advise what, if any, drinks are included in your cruise onboard? I know that alcohol wouldn't be, but what about tea coffee, sort drinks please? Thank you!

Tea and coffee is available all day in the buffet and quays and then just juice at breakfast only. All restaurants you can also get water with no charge

Hi no this is our last one with P&O for a while now as we're looking at trying some more different cruise lines. We have also done msc and princess as well though. We'd love to Try Marella at some point

So if you order say a burger but only want cheese and bacon can you do that, or like you said you didn’t like corn can you ask it without, and same for all the other restaurants?

you should be able to ask for some items to be removed, but if its something thats in a sauce(like onions etc) they can't do that
