In this video I will give you an overview of what breakfast is like in the epicurean restaurant on Arvia.
Breakfast in the Epicurean restaurant is one of the perks that suite guests are provided with on P&O Cruises Arvia.
Having breakfast in the epicurean is a peaceful and relaxing experience. Staff are very attentive, and service doesn't feel rushed.

What a relaxing way to spend breakfast. If we had this suite then we would definitely have breakfast on the gorgeous balcony (subject to weather). We enjoyed an afternoon tea in Epicurean, it’s a very beautiful venue and the food is very good.

Breakfast on the balcony on Lisbon was definitely a core memory for us 😍 - afternoon tea in the epicurean is gorgeous. But there’s SO much - you really need to prepare yourself for it and work up an appetite 🤣You can now purchase breakfast in the epicurean too - even if you’re not in a suite - I think it’s £8.50 pp.

@@CruiseWithAmber Its great that you can go there for breakfast if you aren’t in a suite and try it. So many good venues for breakfast to choose from on P&O 🔥Definitely wouldn’t want to leave that suite though. Have a great weekend 🥂

Thank you for this. We recent booked a suite on Iona so this gives a bit of idea of what to expect. The suite is a treat and are looking forward to the extra perks though from what we read it’s getting less special. Can you remember off hand what the breakfast times are for the Epicurean?

You're welcome - A suite is a lovely treat! The breakfast times for the Epicurean changed slightly on a port day and on a sea day. Sea days were 08:00 - 09:30 and Port days were 07:30 - 09:00 (but they are slightly flexible if you turn up say 10 mins late as we did on a few sea days 😂) enjoy your suite experience!!

Just back from an enjoyable 2 week cruise on Iona. We treated ourselves to a forward Suite (no aft available). Have to say breakfast in the Epicurean was a great perk. Relaxed, great choice of food and lovely service each morning and same table by the window to watch the sunrise 👍🏻. Although we enjoyed the suite, being at the front left the balcony very exposed and difficult to use sometimes. Would not book a forward cabin of any type in the future

Thank you so much for this, I’ve been curious as to the standard of dining for suite guests on Arvia. It’s a shame that they only serve breakfast this way instead of a dedicated suites main dining room like Grills on Cunard.

You're welcome - I agree - it would be lovely to have more exclusive perks on P&O suite class cabins. Since I posted this - some people have told me that you can now purchase breakfast in the Epicurean for £8.50 per person (although it's unclear as to whether this is on all ships and whether you have to be invited in a guest of a suite passenger or not). It takes away some of the exclusivity of this venue and I think the suite class perks for P&O cruises need a bit of an overhaul.
