P&O Arvia Mediterranean Cruise | WEEK TWO | Marseille, Barcelona, Alicante and Cadiz 🇫🇷🇪🇸

It's week two of our Mediterranean Cruise - we start the vlog off with a day in port at Marseille where we explore the entire city and climb the world's steepest hill*
Our next port is in Barcelona; we love revisiting one of our favourite holiday destinations and explore Gaudi's Cassa Milla. It's then onto our next destination: Alicante! It's a hot day but we enjoy breakfast in the beautiful side streets before heading back for an evening of room service and Headliners Theatre!
Our final port day is spent in Cadiz - our favourite of all the ports! Such a beautiful city and one of the best lunches of our lives!
The vlog wraps up with two days at sea as we sail back home to Southampton.

Hi so I've just watched both of your Arvia vlogs - really great amount of information which will be helpful when we do this cruise next year. I was really impressed with the Bioparc you went to in Valencia - I think we'll be booking that excursion. Good luck for your wedding 😊

Thank you! Would definitely recommend the bio parc if you love a zoo - it really was a great experience and I loved having the tour of valencia on the bus to and from the ship as well!

Excellent video with superb incidental music. I took my daughter on Iona for 12 nights in January as her graduation present, so it was interesting to hear your views on her sister ship. I just wished you'd given the main dining restaurants a go (being very good & inclusive). Also, being young; you didn't both visit the 710 club. My 22 year old daughter adored it!

Thank you so much, so glad you enjoyed! My dream is to visit the fjords on Iona! We loved going to the Olive Grove MDR, 6th street wasn’t so great for us but we may have just been unlucky! I would have loved to have gone to Zenith and Meridian but we were struggling to use up our on board spend so did a few more of the dining for a little extra. So jealous of your daughter getting into 710 - it was fully booked when we tried to go, one to look forward to in the future! X

You'll both love the fjords. Mine & my daughter's favourite destination. We just wandered in one night with no-one paying attention at 8.45pm.....otherwise it was the 'gone midnight' show. Take care

They were in the terminal as you get off the ship - you won’t miss them and so handy to have!

I’m afraid I didn’t visit there but I’m pretty sure that the hop on hop off tourist bus stops there - it’s quite a reasonable way to get around and see the city and also stops at lots of the other tourist sites.

Haha I tried my best not to show/talk about alcohol in the vlog - I’m a teacher, so try to be conscious of what I put online :)
