Awesome video ; awesome catering! Fantastic array of fine dining items; undoubtedly Coimbatore excels in mass catering facilities and event management groups. In 1971-72 it was late P.A. Krishna Vadhyar of Ramnagar who was a pioneer trendsetter in undertaking turnkey contracts for weddings in Brahmin functions. Later his son continued the work. Today there must be at least a dozen or more Iyer caterers in CBE. The varieties of foods offered in early days was small, but today North Indian items like kaju Kati, pulao, paan, have become must serve dishes.

Good afternoon dear Manoj bro - Wow that’s a massive wedding function . 26 items by SaiMa catering 👍 Wow they have Mirchi Bhaji and so many other items . The kitchen is quite hygienic and so are the counters . Time to , virtually, savour some assorted Bhajji with Chutney and Coffee ☕️. My Dad will love this vlog for sure . Iyer coffee rocks 👍👍 Good introduction to the Sai Ma catering by the Mr Gurunathan 👍👍 Oh Ganesh Mama’s catering 👌👌 He is so humble , praising and thanking his team . Dina Bhojan is an excellent initiative 💯💯💯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 May they continue to grow with such noble deeds 🙏🙏 Wow they have specialised in sweets 👍 The presentation of the dishes looks class & hygienic 💯💯💯 I love the way they make the Phulkas 👍Good interaction with Mr Hariharan ( very kind & humble person) , Mr Ramesh & Ms Roopa . The success of such catering depends on the mutual trust & respect between the owners and also with the staff . Lovely to note that Ms Roopa is in charge of the Event Management ( tough ask ) . Kudos to their team . Now time to taste the dishes ; love the way they presented the Soup ( very unique ) . Wow a rotating disc to carry the Kaju Katli and Andhra Paan and you relished it 👌👌 Salad counter is impressive 👌 Items - Veg Spring Roll , Pepper Baby corn , Phulka , Paneer Butter Masala , Veg Pulao , Raita , Idiappam with stew , Kamba curd rice with condiments . Wow !!! Next counter ; Thatte Idli , Dosa counter with assorted chutneys 👌 Dessert looks cool . Now time to taste by Manoj bro with review ; Your plate looks super yummy 😋 My Appa’s favourite Idiappam with stew 💯💯💯 Your review- Mindblowing 👍👍 Pulao also is tasty . I agree that experience speaks 👍 Now time to indulge in the succulent Thatte Idli with chutney and tiffin Sambhar 👌👌 I am drooling with every frame 😀 So glad that you thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes .
