Reproductive specialist doctors have said that masturbation has no side effects except addiction. This semen retention and all bullshit doesn't mean anything because everytime semen gets replaced with new ones. And if u don't ejaculate then your body will just degrade it or ejaculate itself(nightfall). Even testosterone bhi sirf thodi time ke liye kam hota hai...then it achieves peak again and decreases again to maintain a constant level even if u dont masturbate. Bhai agar lag raga hai to kabhi kabhi thik hai...jyada control karne se frustation, stressful feeling, etc hota hai. It has been around 5 months, I have left that all. My motivation to leave it was that, I was not able to score runs in my cricket matches, I was getting out at 0(13 times consistently). Then I decided to leave it and my body took around 2-3 months to recover, after recovery I am scoring 50s and 100s in my every match and I can play many hours without getting tired and now I am also able to play ball at speed of 150km/h and can study also very effectively. Trust me. This gives a next level satisfaction to me🔥🔥🔥.
