Well this is the most tough examination of Pakistan. They set such a high level of difficulty that only a handful of people succeed in passing the examination

Moreover, most of the people fail the exam because they fail to understand that what kind of person is being demanded by FPSC. CSS is a mindset. They demand a person who believes in research based knowledge, who believes in evidences and who asks for evidence for any piece of information. They need a well-read person. You can never bring around an examiner with a layman's approach. Just philosophy and storytelling. No not at all You have to be a person who, after understanding the question, can articulate correct answer and can defend its arguments with concrete evidences. Moreover, English reading, writing and speaking is the top most condition of being able to pass this exam
