This is where the money is at. All the rich folks live here. I went to house once in petion-ville this thing look amazing had a big pool and inside was gorgeous. Nice art exhibit also. Miss home.

Most modernized part of Haiti, while Jacmel and Cap-Haitien feels like well-arranged early 21st century cities. I dig both. The rest of Port-au-Prince however... huh let's not talk about it.

Muy hermosa imagen, pero eso era cuando las bandas abundaban con tanta frecuencia, que lastima ver ése país sumido en la destrucción y sus habitantes escapando hacia otros países para sobrevivir y algunos dominicanos tomando la delantera, las autoridades haitianas se hacen millonarios cada día más y les dá vergüenza las críticas 😭

Petion-ville is beautiful country where the middle class and very rich haitian live in the hills in magnificent houses meanwhile they portrait Haiti as a poor country😂

Port au Prince IS not safe now . Go to Cap Haïtien and fort liberté it is safe for every tourist

I’d stay away from the Port au Prince area for now. Petion Ville is usually fine because it’s a gated community but it’s best to go north Cap-Haitien until things calm down south.
