V srpnu loňského roku jsem navštívila rakouské město Rust u Neziderského jezera a velké překvapení, kolik čapích hnízd se v tomto městečku nachází. Jenže jelikož byl konec srpna, čápů už zůstalo hodně poskrovnu. Letos jsme se tedy vypravili znovu, ale dříve, abych tu krásu mohla vidět v plné parádě. A taky, že jo, vyplatilo se !!! :). Z celkových hnízd (a to jen hnízda na starém náměstíčku a poblíž) jsem napočítala 13 obydlených a v nich po dvou až třech sourozencích :).
August last year, I visited the Austrian town of Rust on Lake Neusiedl and the big surprise, how many stork nests located in this town. But since it was the end of August, the stork has remained very modest. So this year we went again, but before I could see the beauty in full regalia. And, yeah, it paid off!! :). Of the total nests (and only nest in the old square and nearby), I counted 13 inhabited them, and after two or three siblings :).
