I hope I can share with kids that they don’t have to face it on their own. When something happens, they must speak out so that someone can help them. There's always someone by their side!

Thank you for sharing your experiences kimchi. We had an incident here in Australia where one of the top coaches in our state was a paedophile, lucky he got caught and is now in jail. Since being a coach for more than 3 yrs now when I coach kids I rarely have any body contact with them, I will hold their bat and correct their actions for them, or at most I will move their fingers into the right way to hold the bat. That way at least I know I can’t get in trouble, and also shows the parents who are watching on that their kids are safe with me

On a lighter note. One thing I always found funny is that parents, who have no knowledge of table tennis whatsoever, decide to have their say and input into how their kids should be playing 😂, I have told off so many parents just to shut up and let me coach, or they can find a new coach
