Every kid deserves a loving parent , and i know that if i didn’t have my mom growing up, i would definitely be a diffrent person. Parents influence their kids so much without even realizing it. If someone hits you, defend yourself If someone yells at you, defend yourself It doesn’t matter, for what stage your going through. You have the rights to stand up for yourself You can’t just sit there forever. My dad called me a psychopath once for literally no reason.

my mom has said a lot of those things to me but i literally try to hard to make her happy and it feels like i'm not good enough for her no matter how hard i try she always finds something to yell at me for. i do her laundry, my laundry, all the dishes, i clean up the house cause she doesn't like it messy and i try to get my sisters to help but they never listen to me so i end up doing it by myself and she still isn't pleased. i watch after my sisters every single day because they're both younger then me and my mom works every day even on the weekends and i never have time to hang out with friends or anything. today she even told me that i don't respect her and i never do anything she asks me to do because i forgot to clean the bathrooms and i just feel like i don't do anything right i feel like my mom will never love me the way she loves my sister. in fact she even gets to go on a vacation to hawaii without me. i try so hard but my mom doesn't even listen to me. i'm 13 and i feel like i'm a mother to my sisters because my mom is never home and when she is she's always upset with me and i feel like a terrible person for not meeting her expectations.

I can relate really all I need is understanding parents that can understand my struggles and not always assume my life is always happy when my life is sad
