Nissan Altima with a p0171 past code, idle a little high 700rpm instead of 650. Not actually lean at the moment but there was a P0171 past code and no vacuum leaks. Leave your comment down below to explain what you think is wrong.

Filter not sealing correctly and causing air turbulence, very common with value advantage air filters rolling the gasket against the air box.

Hi Hakim. Good to see you. Is it the filter sealing differences? Thicknesses look different. Was air leaking around filter and caused MAF measurement issues/ under reporting? Have a blessed and safe week to you and your family.

I have a 2016 Altima, with a code p0171, seen a service bulletin on p0101 with orange pcv valve, could bad pcv valve cause p0171?

Customer induced lean code.. 🤣🤣Maybe not exactly their fault though some shops just buy the cheapest parts they can get.

HAVEN'T WORKED ON A 2017 YET BUT FROM WHAT I CAN SEE IT LOOKS LIKE THE WRONG FILTER AT THE AIRBOX . YOU HAVE BEEN MIA FOR A MINUTE NOW

@@Autofixpals Hi Hakim, if you dont mind me asking p0197 code Engine Oil Temperature (EOT) Sensor Low"just showed up on my 2010 Maxima sv, just wondering where the sensor is located.Nissan parts is showing 2 different locations with same part numbers. as always we appreciate you and Thank you

Best to use Geuine nisssn oem parts. Aftermarket parts are all junk I always use factory parts on my car and I never have a problem Autozone Sucks and Advanced auto all junk low quality parts .
