Жыл бұрынA customer came in with an eml light on so I diagnosed it with the launch euro tab 3 and quickly through experience come the conclusion of the vaporiser was a fault and if you would like to see how I checked the vaporiser it's self head over to my tiktok channel. once the new part was fitted I headed over to live data and could see that the dpf was partially blocked at 60hpa (60mbar) at tick over. I then used the launch dpf gun with the dpf solution and as you can see the pressure literally dropped within 5 mins. super effective.. car now drives as it should with no warning lights on the dash.

IF YOU EVER GET THIS CODE ALWAYS FIRST CHECK YOUR GRILL SHUTTERS ARE NOT JAMMED SHUT!!! COULD SAVE YOU £2-£3K!! I had this EXACT code!’ Ignored my engine warning light for too long (I know!) and it went into ‘limp mode’. Garage said DPF filter was TOTALLY gunked up and needed replacing! Over £2K later (exhaust filters replaced too!) and the engine warning light was STILL on!! Mechanic sent ECU away to be checked, no fault found. Sent it to another place (away THEEE WEEKS!) and they said they could not fix it. So mechanic said the only thing ge could think of next was replace the ECU!! FFS!! At this point I lost all faith in mechanic, and took car into Ford. Expected a HIGE bill but I trusted them, Guess what? The ‘issue’ was that the grill shutters had a small stone stuck in them, jamming them closed.. and THAT is what ‘conditions not suitable for regen’ meant!! Ford guy removed stone, cleaned up the grill shutters, reset the ecu and took it for a fast blast up the M3 to force a regen to clear out the gunk ALREADY building up in the NEW DPF!! Charged me £80!! So lesson is, don’t tale your car to local garages who have no clue wtf they are doing when it comes to ECUs, codes, and what is actually needed for the regen process to happen!! CHECK THE GRILL SHUTTERS ATE NOT JAMMED!!!

Hi Baz, thanks for the video, i see your using a DANOPLUS manometer how do you rate it please was looking at the unit your using or the AUTOOL both around the same cost any advise on which one please mate? Kind Regards Jay
