Being a CNA is physically demanding. That’s why I always make sure to say my appreciation to them at the end of the shift.

May mga facility na nagbibigay ng Free CNA Program, 4-6 weeks ang classes. Tama po, pag Nurse ka sa Pinas, may experience o wala madaling maging CNA, lasi may knowledge ka na sa healthcare. Baka po malito, yung Nursing Aide sa atin, hindi siya katulad ng Aide sa Pinas. Basic roles ng Nurse sa atin ang trabaho ng CNA dito. Hindi ka pwedeng magbigay ng gamot pero mga basic like Taking V/S kasama sa trabaho ng CNA, collecting urine and stool sample, mga ganun. Depende sa facility. Pag malalaking facility, may taga Paligigo sila, may taga buhat gamit ang lifting machine, so mostly, bedside care, restorative care at grooming. Kung maliliit na facility lna may 15-50 bed capacity, tiyak trabaho mo lahat. kAya masakit talaga sa katawan.

Saan po ba puede ipa evaluate yung credentials.Bago lang din po ako dito sa New york at Midwife po Ung kurso ko at nakapag work na po ako bilang nursing aide sa pinas.Sa video po ninyo sir,Nakakuha po ako ng idea para makapag work at the same time to upgrade na din po habang nag aantay po ako.Salamat po

Hello sir may offer din po Saken CNA sa New Jersey .. Registered Nurse po ako s pilipinas.. Balak ko rin po dun na mag take NG NCLEX.. Iniisip ko po Kung Kaya Ng sahod NG CNA for family of 2 issama ko n po kase un anak ko

@@dmseven5072 Hi I appricaite your questions. Pero mahirap magbigay ng sagot especially d ko talaga alam yung buong sitwasyon mo. Para saking mas gusto ko kasama ko na pamilya ko, mahirap din kasi yung may maiiwan ka. That would be very hard on your part and their part tapos d pa natin alam kung gaano ka tagal mo sila bago mo madadala dito, tapos alam naman natin naghihigpit sila dito sa mga pumapasok. Mahirap isapalaran yung pamilya, Kung dadalhin mo nmn sila at may magaalaga or kung may kamag anak ka dito na makaka tulong sayo financially mas maganda. Kung ikaw lang mag isa medyo mahirap sa sweldo ng isang CNA. D ako makaka pag decide para sayo I think kailangan mo pag aralan ng mabuti ang gagawin mong decisyon. I admit thats a very hard decision to make on your part. Gawa ako ng video tungkol sweldo ng CNA dito at budget dito sa amaerika. Basta share mo lng video ko ok na ko. Goodluck sa Journey nyo. Hi sir i lived in north california and planning to move to Minnesota do you know how much is the rate of a CNA base pay? Here i get paid around 33$ malake but the cost of living is crazy as hell.

Very low here maybe 11 sa nursing home and 15 sa hospital. 33 is RN base rate here. But of course its so cheap here compare to cali.

More power 😊 May question lang po ako kuya, example nakapag apply po ako ng work sa US ng cna sa hospital, meron po bang ibang training sa hospital na services like maging phebotomist? Kumbaga mag switch po ng work once may training offers sa pinag tatrabahuhan na hospital dyan? Possible po ba yung ganun? Sorry po if medyo magulo question ko 🙏

I have a question, I looked at the processing time of I-130 form and the service center I entered is California service center.because that's what the notice says. but when I checked at my case status on Uscis site, it was on process at nebraska service center. what should or right service center should be in my case?

Why nursing assistang you can take NCLEX without NLE in the philippines. Just find out the state.

You dont need to take the NCLEX to work as a CNA. You take NCLEX to work as a nurse.
