Sabi nga ng architect friend, invest on good motion/sound detectors/sensors to be placed in strategic places around your property to deter intruders. CCTV is good only after the break ins/home invasions happened.

The best lagyan mo ng alarm at kuryenta mga Gate pader doorknob at bintana mo kapag Matutulog na kyo at Aalis kyong buong pamilya bukod sa mga Cctv na may audio at video recording at nk konek din sa Cellphone mo 24hrs nk alarm konek din sa police or guard house ng village nyo . 😊

Window grilles are ok as deterent to intruders but there should be a provision for fire exit as per requirement from the fire code.

Bahay ko lahat ng ng bintana ay meron grilles kahit pa sa laundry area pero there are openings in case meron emergency. Hindi basta basta mapapansin ang locks unless taga loob ka ng bahay na alam mo ano meron dahil very seamless pagka gawa.

The best way to avoid magnanakaw is to choose a safe location for your dream house, the truth is no house is safe, as a determined magnanakaw will always find a way through the main door. fence, gates, cctv, landscape is no guaranteed, be security conscious with every person that have access to your house.

Mahalaga din ang pagkakaroon ng protocol just incase ng home invasion, dapat alam nyo kung saan kayo magtatago (much better kung sama sama kayo as much as possible) dapat may emergency exits (kaya importante may fire exits) and syempre dapat may pang-depensa kayo tulad ng pepper sprays, better than nothing.

Me way para d ka manakawan.mag tabi ka ng M16 at cal45 sa Bahay mo.ewan ko lang kung me magtangka pang magnakaw sa Bahay mo.yung magnanakaw ngayun kahit me CCTV pinapasok Ang Bahay e.tapos pinapatay na Yung nilolooban.

Napansin ko nga ngayun sir ang mga bagong design ng mga gate at bakod madali ng akyatin ng mga magnanakaw. Nung una kasi sa mga bakod meron mga basag na bubug at sa gate naman meron matulis na bakal na poited. sa tingin nyo sir okay paba yung ganiton design ngayun? para lang sa akin mas gusto kupadin yung meron spike yung palibot ng bakod pati gate. Para sakin lang ha. okay paba yung ganun ngayun?

Hello po Kuya Architect.. medyo nalilito lang po ako.. Kasi nakapanood narin po ako ng video mo tungkol sa sunog at 2nd na po ito.. kasi sabi niyo po proteksiyon sa sunog ay wag lagyan ng grills ang bintana para may malabasan pag nagkasunog.. kaso dito po sa video niyo dapat lagyan ng grills ang bintana para di mapasukan ng magnanakaw.. yun ay sa pagkakaalala ko lamang po.. tama po ba ang pagkakaalala ko.. alin po ang dapat na gawin po sa ating bahay.. salamat po sa sasagot . at kung mapansin niyo po Kuya Architect.. Ang suggestion ko po kung maglalagay kayo ng grills sa lahat ng bintana, dapat may pinto kayo sa second floor na leading to a front balcony. Sliding glass door po ang suggestion ko, para madaling buksan o basagin pag may sunog, pero visible pag may gustong pumasok na magnanakaw. And kung grills man lahat dapat yung type na nabubuksan sa loob o yung fire safety window grills.

Hi, unfortunately within my locality lang po ang tinatanggap kong projects. Kasi to make sure na maayos na masunod ang design ko, I need to visit it from time to time during construction. Mindanao based po ako.

Yung pagfglex talaga ng house sa mga social media ay no no talaga sakin yan, 🙅❌ parang nagbigay kana ng idea sa mga magnanakaw lalo na sa pagpost sa fb strict ako dyan, pumipili ako ng background or kung maiiwasan dahil sa social family gathering at least yung background ay minimal.
