@PrimaveraPortena that's the improbable balance between real dance and show dance i think. or lets say a show for those that never danced tango and just want to see some technically complex figures. that's what apeals the broad audience. real argentinian tango is not shiny but soothing. cheers!

Tanguera is a Mariano Mores' tango and this is probably a performance by him with his orchestra but, he's got many versions though. Just check him out in YT and you might find the right one!

Over 12 years ago, this was the first 'argentine tango' I've heard when I was still a ballroom dancer. I couldn't find out which orchestra is the performer ever since. Anyone knows?

I agree with comment of primavera portena, it is absolutely wonderfull, but it is not tango everybody sees in a nomal Ball room , they travel well away from normal tango.

Grande, peccato non balli piu' cosi'... ultimamente lo si vede abbastanza spesso per le milonghe di Londra con camicia hawaiiana lunga fuori da calzoni a cavallo basso, scarpe da ginnastica, barbone e capelli lunghi, andatura spavalda e ballata gommoso-rimbalzosa da "tangonuevista": nulla a che vedere con questo video. Sigh.

admiro a Pablo Verón pero este Tangazo tiene Magia y tendría que haberla tenido era un show, no por estar en el extranjero ,se debe desvalorizar su amor por esta amada danza propia de este país o Río de La Plata, pa no ofender , es mi opinión nomás
