It’s pretty funny that one of the deaths in this game comes from Pac-Man effectively cursing you out for shooting that little girl and making her cry. He’s not even hurt-just really mad and really disappointed.

when i was a child, i always kept laughing at pac-man's death animations, even when he literally gets ketchup on his face for pissing off the hot dog dude.

I give this game props on 2 major sides 1st- the amount of time they put into the death/fail scenes. Yeah they can just make any run of the mill "hit and then faint" game over screen, but they actually put time and effort to making a variety of unique things, and that keeps it from being boring. and 2- the freaking gameplay of this game. Not once have I seen any game with this sort of gameplay style to it, making Pacman 2 one of the marvels of the gaming world, and I sincerely mean that- you could argue its a "point and click adventure copy", but unlike those, you have no control where or what direction pacman goes, and his movement and interactions through the environment make it really special. Idk who the geniuses are that made the game this way, but they deserve a medal for being one of the most original and innovative creators ^^

I think you are missing 2 more. 1 is in minecart and another in hanglider. Let the hanglider be at the bottom of the screen without crashing. The minecart is letting Pacman stay in minecart at death 32.

The Sega version isn't bad but the SNES had better sound and uses the iris out when Pac Man fails. The only thing Sega did good was the game intro screen with Pac-Man eating the words.

The textures on Genesis are Very Neat, but i prefer the the SNES version because: 1.The voice of Pac Man in Genesis are (sincerly) terrible, so i prefer the SNES voice. 2.Idk why they removed the circle effect after a death.
