Inline brakes will work fine with the 6.0.

Depends on the truck. If it is a stock turbo, the exhaust size wont matter.

Does the brake close 100 percent or like 90 percent how much does it hold back because it’s not like a jake on the valves ??.

The brake functionality is different for all different platforms. But this is an exhaust brake and it will retard the engine to below 900 RPM if desired. The brakes do allow for enough exhaust flow even when engaged to keep the engine safe.

Do you need to mess with the computer when installing the exhaust brake ?

Some of the brake will require a trans command box to be installed with their brake. You will need to look at your specific application to know what is needed for the install.
