vocal covers, yea. but Jorge Orellana will always be the king of Strokes covers. the dude literally plays every single song down to a t, and has so for a pretty long time. Jorge even owns a Valensi Riviera!!!

It still feels weird yet refreshing to me to hear other people cover a strokes song that doesn't sound similar to the original I think its hard to implement a new style in strokes song cuz its the strokes literally like its their own song and own style its not easy to change a song that's made for a certain sound and style so its cool you guys were able to kind of change the sound whilst making it sound good so yeah + Modern Girls and Old Fashioned Men is the most "strokes" song of the strokes ever for me

this song is so hard to perform and they did an absolute brilliant job !!!! 2 people singing different melodies and words at once is a pretty hard situation.
