Thank you Australia farmers for giving the people of Solomon Islands opportunity to get jobs in tje seasonal worker scheme to support their families. Helpim friend as the theme of RAMSI when they came to bring peace is Solomon Islands during the unrest in the country.

The Australian seasonal workers prohect has brought prosperity to alot of families in the Pacific islands

Good to hear Solomon Islands are being recognised for their seasonal work in the NT. I went to the Bacon Festival held in Kingaroy in Qld and found there were a good number of Solomon Islanders working there in abattoirs and the coal powered electricity generation. In Innisfail (North Qld) i found many from Vanuatu involved in banana picking. I would hope these Pacific Islanders get money to benefit their families back home, but also learn things that can benefit their villages when they return home.
