Lagatha leaving Ragnar one of the saddest moments of the series because you knew that while he loved her, her leaving was the only option after what happened with Aslaug. His face says everything you need to know about how he felt about Lagertha and Bjorn and how devastated he was when they left.

Please add Catherine of Aragon to your next "Betrayed Queens" video if you'll make any more of them. She is one of the most underrated Queens of all times, her story is quite amazing yet she is always left in the shadow of Anne Boleyn and Henry the VIII s other wives even though she had many strugles throught her life and had HER OWN accomplishments, stayed married to him almost two times of all 5 of the rest combined . She was such a strong, intelligent and willfull woman who standed up for herself, it is a shame the way she has been depicted...

There is no evidence that Henry VII ever had a mistress. Unlike his son, he was almost assuredly faithful to one woman. Besides, what I have learned about his personality, he was too busy and preoccupied with protecting his reign and his realm to fool around.

I can’t stand The White Princess for so many reasons, but one of the worst ones of all was when they made Henry unfaithful to Elizabeth. Henry VII married Elizabeth of York originally to unite the houses of York and Lancaster to avoid another series of wars, but they loved one another dearly and remained entirely faithful to one another for their entire marriage, until the day she died. He mourned her like almost no other English monarch mourned the loss of their spouse, and it’s his faithfulness and devotion to his wife that made his son’s behavior all the more appalling

Henry VII was loyal, the show got so many things wrong and that was one of them. He absolutely adored Elizabeth, she was the great love of his life and the only woman he ever had eyes for. When she died, his heart broke so wholly that everyone who knew him said he was never the same man again. Some more examples would be Pierre Curie, scientist and husband of Marie Curie, Prince Albert worshipped the ground Victoria walked on, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s husband Marty was her greatest champion when she was fighting her way to groundbreaking accomplishments as a woman in the United States

Could anyone tell me Lagertha's main reason to attack aslaug was? I couldn't watch after Bjorn's daughter died in aslaug's care so I assumed Bjorn would kill her.

@@lauraxxx6412 What? She has done nothing more that get pregnant 🤦, and she wasn't a bad ruler. Lagertha just wanted to be the queen again, Aslug did nothing against her: she don't even know that Ragnar was married when she have sex with him and she never wanted to take Ragnar to herself.

All those other women knew the ruler and Kings were married but either didn't care or their family pushed their daughters to the the rulers and Kings for their own benefits. Sorry for my English.

This is why I can't get into Vikings. No good female leads. Her HUSBAND cheats, so she killed the woman. 🤦 If he loved her and was her HUSBAND, HE SHOULDNT HAVE EVER CHEATED! He couldn't of denied the woman COMING on to Him. So his wife kills his mistress?!?! So she gets mad at her certain husband but kills the woman, so its the woman fault so she deserves death but not the husband 🤦 I facepalmed so hard I left a imprint.

You're free to do as you please :) and as I said before, I believe both can be considered correct, but since the name "Jane" wasn't attached to her during her lifetime, I prefer using her real name, Elizabeth. (You can check everything about her name on the book" The Private Life of Edward IV", by the historian John Ashdown-Hill, chapter 22, when it is explicitly explained that she was never known as Jane during her life-time)
