There is actually a reason the truck is missing. If you don't have the southern stunt ramp built in Paradise Sands the Ice Cream truck will not be there since it is a critical part of that race (race can't be done without it so the time trial wont exist). Build the stunt ramp in the southern section of Paradise Sands and the Ice Cream truck will appear.

It's near the docks in Fresco and it's from a Time Trial event. You will see the Ice Cream Van (Muncher) so it wont be hard to find. However, if you don't have the stunt ramp in southern Paradise Sands, this Time Trial will not appear since that jump is essential for this event. Make sure you build the stunt ramp and you should see the Muncher parked near the docks at the north end.

Your percentage goes up for buying all of the vehicles, characters and red bricks. Upon completion, I had only purchased a small portion of those items. I went ahead and bought the rest that I was remaining (290 character tokens, 110 vehicle tokens and 40 red bricks are all available to buy after you collect them) and my percentage is 100%

When you activate all 14 train stations, the train that goes around LEGO city becomes the Emerald Night and you drive that around the tracks instead of the normal train.

No problem. If you want to see how to drive it or where to find it check out this train video /watch?v=tqyocGBF1hE (youtube . com in front). I think once you unlock Emerald Night you can't use the old train called Cydonia.

I think the game glitched in some way. When I finished the 2nd to last mission in this area it said 449/450 and then when I went and completed the final mission, it said 449/450 again. I don't know if this happens to everyone, but it happened on this video. I immediately checked my wii u game pad and it showed 450/450 so it was correct. That gold statue of Chase McCain sequence happened automatically too so I'm glad the game knew that I had just gotten the final brick.

I agree it was stuoid hard, when you boost it doesn't catch up. But one run j got super lucky and destroyed his car 5 feet into chase lol
