He had 3 years left on his contract that's not lame duck excuses ,excuses ,excuses NFL is a salary cap league you can't just give everybody their money you have to pick and choose who you want to keep and who you want to let go 1 example 2011 supposedly the packers had one of the best offenses of all time but you get to the playoffs against the giants And the offense throws up all over themselves who do you want to blame for that ?

@@ApexEraMke OK, during 30 years they had two HOF QBs, and only won 2 SBs. The majority of otherwise disinterested professional football analysts have stated repeatedly that GB management have wasted the talent of those two players. To have a player of Rodgers caliber, and never, not once, listen to his thoughts on any other player is insanely bad management. As Vikings fan and someone who doesn't like the player Rodgers lol but the human down to earth and fan of Rodgers off the field I'm on his side, he's an incredible player and after 10 years someone like him should has some say not all but definitely some/partial. He's the one on the field expected to win, and expected to take blame if there's a loss. In total he has a reasonable argument.

And you've set a record for losing FOUR NFC Championships in a row. The loss to Tampa Bay was because you were afraid to run, and after getting two turnovers in the fourth quarter you went three and out twice. You also threw 12 incompletions in goal to goal situations inside the 12 yard line. And you're 22-30-1 against teams that finished with a winning record. You are the most over-rated quarter back in the league.

@@Ron-pd7jm Aaron: sorry man, I can only throw 48TDs and 5 INT in my previous season, next time I’ll go out there, play defense with 10 other guys trying to get them on the same page and force turnovers as well to create opportunities for the offense. Again, sorry, it’s my fault I’m not a both sides of the ball Ironman

I'm ten minutes in and this is by far the greatest press conference I've ever seen. This is just fantastic.

As a seahawks fan, this man is a class act end of story. I'm glad he stood up to the front office, it sounds like he stood up for the entire team.
