I think it depends on your phone! I have a iPhone 13 pro max and it doesn’t quite charge it 100% but I can always swap for a new one if I need more of a charge!

I haven’t heard of those!!! That can definitely come in handy! We personally wear Tevas sandals most of the time since they dry pretty quick, but if you are wearing tennis shoes, those could be a huge help!

So the ones that I was wearing were from Old Navy and were a little more polyester and non breathable than I thought they would be. I have found that the more lightweight and cotton-like the better! My favorites are from Lululemon (I know… spendy, but they are worth it!) and I’ve actually found some from time to time at Walmart that I love! Look for brands that say moisture wicking and breathable! That’s key! (I would also be careful with some of Target’s athletic wear too. A lot of it is great! But sometimes they are a little too thick) I hope that help!
