This is so much validation for me! I bring my face and hand towels on trips too (but mine is because I have sensitive skin and double cleanse). Double cleansing means a number of face towels I'm shamed to admit, 😅 but I travel by car so it's not that big of a deal.

@Elle_Gael Oh -! I understand ! Lol. People w sensitive skin have to bring everything on trips ,I bet !! Because you'll not find things you'll be able to use in hotel's rooms !Sometimes, they do have ones for sensitive skin . On the other hand, normal skin types can use almost anything at hotels so that they don't have to bring their shampoos ,face lotions ,body lotions ,etc. I envy them ! Lol.I used to have very oily skin,but now my skin's changed more towards normal skin type because of my age / post menopause. Lol. I've seen hotel workers & maids doing horrific stuffs w towels,etc. Napkins at restaurants, too !! Lol. They fold them on the FLOORS !!! ( sorry to say that all I've witnessed were Thai & Chinese ,I love them & their foods !! ) As well as hotel employees leaving fresh ( washed ) towels on the floors ,some folded bathtowels on the floors ( again,Chinese ,this was in Tokyo back in the 70's ,though ! ) Here in the U.S.,at LA Quinta in Santa Ana ( in the late 80's ), the maide cleaned my room used my used bathtowels to clean the TOILET BOWL !!!! 😱😱I was mortified, stunned 😲 I had to stay in the room for 3 days in my bed because of a food poisoning, so ,that made it worse !!! LOLLOLLOL Then ,two years ago in Wales at a 4 star hotel, I saw stacked bathtowels were left on the floor in their linen room ( the door was left open ) ! Lol. A cleaning couple who used to take care of my houses ,once used a toilet plunger to unclog the kitchen sink !!! LOLLOLLOL They said they bleached it afterwards ,so it was clean !! Ugh ~!! If you have ever gotten vaccines like yellow fever, which is required to get into some countries, you have a yellow card with your immunization history of your life (even as a kid), and no, nothing is required in Mexico.

I think the most Central American countries suggest / recommend various vaccinations, but not mandatory. I don't think they even recommend them in North America !? Neither South American countries ? I could be wrong,though ! I dislike needles !! 😅

I recently watched a KZfaqr telling on her channel who carelessly walked in an alley where nobody around her but a taxi driver kept bothering her & she ignored him & she almost got killed right there in Colombia by another guy at a gunpoint who was following her via another route along the alley !! It turned out the cab driver was warning her in Spanish !! I was thinking about visiting Colombia alone because of so many KZfaqrs doing so ,that changed my mind again, but I still do ! I wanted as a child ,too ! But,the KZfaqr & other said their Colombian friends said to them it's crazy to visit Colombia alone before their trips !! I traveled in Wales & England last summer alone myself ,too & my family & friends & people I know ,even Welsh & English I met there thought I was so brave to do that !! Lol. I told them that I've been living in the most dangerous developed country. U.S.!!! LOLLOLLOL U.K.crime rate is nothing to compare to U.S.as you know ! It's 4 times more dangerous over here !!Lol. But, Central American countries are still more dangerous, Mexico ,too sadly because of their drug cartel, I believe ! It depends on the areas mainly but they kill tourists & it's always better if we know the areas very well beforehand ,especially traveling alone ,even more for females !! I had a blast in Wales/ England 🇬🇧 😀 I stayed there for one month !! I didn't wanna come back !! Lol. But I was shocked by their poor hygiene level ! Mainly Wales . I gained a huge respect for Americans for that !! 👏 👏Lol. Welsh are super caring people & down to earth ,though !! English had changed a lot ,they were super kind to me ,too !! It was my 2nd visit to both Wales / England. I'd love to go back there again soon !!! 👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞
