@@Kagane1001 It's a general primate trait, not just humans. I don't know, offhand, if it affects ALL primates but it's caused by a mutation that happened fairly deep in the family tree. Seems we primates have been enjoying heavily fruit-based diet for long enough that when the mutation happened we hardly noticed. For guinea pigs, it's a more recent mutation, so I'm not sure how widespread it is among their relatives.

could have been koatoa or triton, or any number of other humanoid aquatics... Sahaugin are just the most outwardly evil... not neccessarily the most evil, but they take open pleasure in raiding and killing.

I'm currently binging this show and the guild have faced the sahuagin 3 times previously and each time Corazon has stated that he must be aware of them being that he has a pirate background. Each time after the first I have shouted "and the fact you've faced them before!" I love this show...

Since it seems that some people on here are unfamiliar with the concept of sharing information that may be of mutual interest I will explain my comment in an attempt to clear up any confusion. In this video Johnny asks a specific question, they ask 'What is the draconic word for dude?'. I imagine that they believed that there wasn't one. This is a reasonable supposition as it would be odd for someone to have taken the time to translate such an inconsequential word into a made-up language. However, I knew that there is an officially licensed book series which features a word that the author avows is the draconic equivalent of dude. She goes into further details on the subject in her blog. I decided to share this information with anybody reading the comments who might be interested. After all it is quite bizarre that such a thing exists, this is extremely niche knowledge, Erin's thoughts on the subject are a very interesting read and she is an often overlooked author who deserves greater recognition. I very much doubt that Johnny will read my comment but if they do I would hope that they would be amused by the concept. After which they will do with the information what pleases them. I very much doubt they would be interested in incorporating draconic vocabulary into the Oxenture canon as it really isn't that kind of stream. I am fully aware that what is true in a novel doesn't necessarily have to be reflected in someone's home game and that Forgotten Realms lore is not automatically relevant in a home-brew setting. I can't imagine why anyone would feel the need to point out something so utterly obvious to me especially as all I did was offer up a piece of trivia but I suppose this sort of thing is bound to happen on the internet.

Movement in combat is tracked a little differently to movement outside of combat. Characters aren't expected to keep their in combat pace up indefinitely.

I just converted the miles to Km... And who uses chains and furlongs anyway? I was just trying to find a rough approximation for people who know the metric system better.
