Just bought me a house on Kincaid lake in KY and love kayaking.I gotta get down to the red river.Aint nothing like having a lake outside my door and getting a yak on the water.Kincaid is real calm water and shallow in many parts but I still love it.It takes the edge off and I have less anxiety.Plus trees help me breath better I think.

@@billysherlin6589 it’s a neat lake.I live off the back part and there’s always peaceful adventures on the kayak.I can’t wait till winter.I wanna get out on a winter day and kayak a little.Im eager though to check out a little bit of current.Nothing crazy but a lazy little current to experience.This is all new to me and I’m loving it.

Parked the truck at the end. We drive 2 vehicles, buy you can get a shuttle

The bridge where you launch is on hwy 715 at the Menifee County line. The take out was at the Blue Iron Bridge on Hwy 77

The water needs to be at 3 feet on the gauge to run without dragging. USGS red river at Hazel green is where you check the gauge height
