A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

This is great -- Am I the only one who LOVES the small man out eats giant guy videos? like when you did the competition vs worlds strongest man or ate next to those two rugby teams. Heyos! Been watching a ton of your Videos today during a Covid Episode quarantine. It took away my sense of taste and smell but watching your videos, I remember the great taste of the foods I love ( a lot run along your tastes as well ) so had the Mate bring me home a Papa Johns XL All the Meats. I couldn't eat a lot of it before storing it for a cold pizza breakfast but I had some and managed to enjoy it while you worked your way through every Pizza on their Menu. If you haven't already, you'll need to come out to Colorado and do the BeauJo's Pizza Challenge at their location up in Idaho Springs. The pizza crusts with honey are amazing!

The sour cream and chive dip originally started in around 2002 On a burger? then they stopped it and after 1000s of complaints they brought the dip back! It's my favourite dip, it came out when I worked there and I always had a shot of it from the sauce gun they used at the time for my free meal I had working there!

Tip: if you want extra dip at no extra cost make sure you pay first and when they hand you your bag after you’ve paid, ask “can I have some dip, please” and they will throw in a few extra without charging you.

@@vp5633 i used to work at McDonalds and would give free sauce. it just depends who is on the register and whether or not they're busy. if they're flat out they're more likely to throw sauce at you for free

Here in Scotland if u order a 3 piece select meal u get 1 large dip, if u order the 5 piece u get 2 large dips like sweet chilli, smokey bbq, cream and chive etc you get a tomato type dip with the mozzarella dippers or cheese bites. The large dips are 20p if u ask for them outwith the select meal! All the rest are free and they give a handful of them. we get bbq and curry when we order and sweet chilli with our selects

I used to work there, they would encourage you to push the bottom of the frie carton up into itself to "make the fries sit up". Of course what it was really doing was decreasing the volume.

@@johnnymack923 Thinking about it, further context is needed. I don't mean pushing it up to form a concave bottom. I'm talking about already having done that and pushing the bottom further up into the carton making the centre fold form a prism taking up fry space and tearing the carton as you're pushing it up further than it was designed. Don't know if it was company wide but it was something my cheap ass manager wanted.
