Glad to know it's a Canadian company and is the reason we're selecting them. I'm hesitant about other companies making them in china using who knows what kinda steel and other materials

I felt in love this quarentine with paderno cause i had more time to cook so i enjoyed. i got them on special at canadian tire.

Interesting! Seeing how a good pot is made makes the cheaper versions easier to spot.

I've got set, there the best I've ever had.

The FUSION line are now 3-layer with a magnetic core, induction compatible VS the earlier Fusion 5 design which might be aluminum core. Fusion cost a little more than the other Paderno but really nice to use. Good value and really nice to use. They keep shiny with a small amount of Bartender's Friend. I don't think the lids are that thick, they can wobble slightly and I would prefer they fit more tightly for slow simmering.

That's because cooks are cheap and burn pans all the time. they buy cheap pots and pans because the go through so many each year. The chefs hid their best sets from the line cooks for competitions and for special occasions.

I think I found my made in Canada cooking instruments. Sorry Made in Prince Edward Island, PEI, Canada
