I am one of the million who seldom had/has NO DREAMS. Each sleep is very deep. Usually 6-8 hours, but now I have diabetes and other worst sickness than diabetes, I sleep 11 hours or more. But all were very deep as if I am being preserved or my soul being guarded. I have more awakened uncontrolled imaginations or day dreams. God forgive me for all kinds of imaginations instead of working productively. They call this depression but my emotions were stable, clear. Those day dreams were taking me away from prayers. During my younger years, during my job, in all my jobs, I have no day dreams. The evil one visiting me during my day time when I am alone. I hate all kinds of day dreams. I offer all these sins through St Pio to the MOST SACRED HEART that HE may purge all of it away from me. Those day dreams lessened now.

If you wake up at this time you may have an enlarged prostate - causing urine frequency. Get a PSA test to check for cancer particularly if over the age of 50. Always check this out with your doctor. Hope this helps.
