Webb with a great outing. The Giants offense had another rough day. They were bailed out by an error by the Padres defense in the 8th. Walker and Doval did a good job. Offense is going to need to improve if this team is going to win a lot of games.

Yeah offense is in a coma and pitching won't consistently keep teams to the kind of runs we can catch up with. Going to be a typical Giants season. Hopefully a lot of close wins and not close losses

Such a tough loss, especially not finishing a great outing by Waldron. He’s looking better every time he takes the mound and honestly who doesn’t want to root for someone that’s keeping the knuckleball alive. Really came down to critical errors and key hits at the most opportune moments because the Padres felt in control of this game for 7 innings and squandered the day Waldron and Cronenworth had.

We're still looking very shaky. It's a win but not convincing. Starting to revert back to the last 2 years offensive output. The Nationals are next lets get back above .500 with a sweep. Vamos Gigantes 🧡 🖤

I was at this game and wow!! What an amazing comeback towards the end and congratulations Doval on getting his first save for the 2024 season!!!! What an amazing game that was and we won the series and hope you all celebrate!! Even cooler, everyone in our National League West lost today except for OUR SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS!! Good luck Blake Snell on your first time pitching in a Giants uniform tomorrow 4/8 and I’ll be at tomorrow’s game as well!! Go Giants and see you tomorrow, great job boys for today’s game!!!!! 🧡🖤

Lee will be fine, he looks like a good leadoff hitter. He clearly has to adjust to playing at Oracle Park and finding the wall better, but he has the athleticism to be a great CF.

It’s nice to get the win but the Giants got lucky let’s be honest. I still have huge doubts about this team being able to compete with this putrid squad. Giants need another bat to inject some offense into an otherwise weak lineup. Can’t count on getting lucky breaks every game.

If the baseman drops the glove because of an interference from the runner, as long as the runner didn't shove/push the ball away then he's safe

an inning has to end with the ball in the possesion of the defense, the runner didnt break any rules, but kim didnt maintain the ball possesion. somewhat similar to a wild pitch strike 3

What the manager did today to cost us the game should be investigated fr. Why would you take out your reliever when he gave u 4 easy outs in less then 15 pitches, to bring out Brito the worst reliever in baseball?? Pls make that make sense.
