7 days before Christmas! ❤️ I’m sharing my most favorite recipe today. Alam niyo ba, bata pa lang ako palagi ko na tong sinusubukang lutuin then I came up to this very simpol recipe. Don’t be intimidated pag sinabing Paella, dahil simpol lang tong lutuin. Watch this!
Ingredients:
Set A
1/4 kg. chicken thigh
1 tablespoon lemon
Pepper, to taste
Set B
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon turmeric or saffron
1/2 cup tomatoes
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups Japanese rice
6 cups chicken stock
salt, to taste
fish sauce, to taste
Set C
1 cup clams
1 cup fresh shrimps
2 pieces squid
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup green peas
Set D
1 tablespoon parsley
1 piece lemon wedges

Hi Chef Tatung , we bought all 3 of your Cookbook , its good! We like it Sana chef sa susunod na cookbook mo po, it will be more readable for all kung lakihan ang fonts ng letters , “malaki “ naman po yung white spaces un-used ng pages of the cookbook , pasensya na po as years goes by even young kids mataas na po grado ng salamin . it will be very enjoyable reading it kapag bigger fonts po. Thank you so much

Thanks for sharing, a great recipes, Andito ako sa Spain, authentic pang Paella, pero yummy delicious, ang ating pinoy version nang Paella 🥘. Hindi ako nasasarapan dito, fine dining authentic Spain Paella, no delicioso.

Bagay tlaga unh Simpol sa Title . Hindi ako msyadong nagaalinlangan na gawin ung steps ngaun sa paella kc pina simple lng tlaga ung process and malinaw . Magaling ako magluto pero lagi akp nagaalinlangan itry gawin ung paella dti pero dhil sa video parang feeling ko magiging perfect na agad sa first try ko plng . Sna po lagi gnyan ung videos nyo na pina sisimple lng ung recipes na binibigyan din ng mas murang alternative na ingredients . Thanks o sa videos nyo

Hi Chef thanks for sharing. May I know what ingredients you used in making the stock? I saw celery, carrots, onions, bay leaf. I can’t figure out the others. May I know the other ingredients? Good advise on not salting the stock. Thank you.
