The weird thing is I just got into Wicca just like a month or 2 ago and I feel like i have heard these songs before like.... from a different life.. or before I was born but that could well be because there’s a lot of Wiccan people where I live and I could of heard them when I was little

This is amazing. I used to be a Wiccan but lost touch with that way but have recently been drawn back in. Listening to this I feel this amazing tingling sensation in my feet that spreads.

The original artists are a group of women trained in classical/medieval harmonies. They were known as LIBANA. I don't know if they are still together.

I spent most of my life studying different cultures and beliefs, I have been involved in the super natural side of life since I was roughly ten, fifteen years now. It takes a great deal of understanding and realization. Wear your marks proud, You are not forcing your beliefs on anyone only showing what you feel comfortable with. Any who criticize you simply do not understand you.

Whether anyone else believes me or not, I’ve heard this very chant on other Planes of Existence, specifically 1 I frequent. In that case, the Amazons were using it ritually. The same goes for the one that starts with “we all come from the Goddess.” 😎

This song just gives me such a sense of peace and tranquility. Sooooo soothing and relaxing.

What you said reminded me of one of my fav bumper stickers: "Don't Judge Me Based On Your Ignorance." People like that don't understand and most don't want to understand. It's sad really how many closed minded people there are on our Mother Earth.

The song is amazing. Just listening to it calms the enraged fire within my heart and soul. I sometimes wonder why people discriminate this religion. And now I know. People are scared of what they don't understand. We Wicca aren't bad (meaning the Wicca with the pentacle up). We try connecting our thoughts with nature and the animals with it to be able to better understand our world. Our mother earth.

Yeah, I grew up on a mountain as well and I love all the sounds. One of my faves is the sound of the tree frogs in the pond after it rains. Wonderful to go to sleep with.

ive only recently been into wicca but the music makes me feel so happy

Love to you sis. Dianic Wicca might be for you. You might have C-PTSD, which I had until I found a womyn-only circle to do ritual & share my experiences as a woman living in a male supremacist culture where woman and Goddess are both abused and erased. 9 million of our foresisters were burned for witchcraft not long ago, and their voices scream through me. I can feel them at times, swelling up like an ocean of rage and sadness. May every woman find the Goddess within her, for thou art Goddess.

This is perhaps my favorite chant. Theres something also in the vowels sung in between the elements sung, in this. But it is almost impossible to describe it, especially on here. I remember Eli taught some of us this.

This year I am preparing for the Holy period of shadow feast, or Samhain as called in America and Northern Europe, the three day period which begins at midnight on Oct. 30 and ends at midnight on Nov. 2. Let it be understood that there are Christians who are pagan as well. I am one of them. This Samhain, I send my peace and brotherhood to all pagans who follow the religion of old Europe. I used to chant this under my breath as I walked down the hallways at school in order to bring internal peace and balance to external energy around me. Very powerful chant!

Why would you want to effect the world? You see the world as something to change...I can assure you the world like a river flows on and carries all with it. You enjoy the ride, learn something about paddling this river so you miss the rocks and don't miss the wonders that the river provides for our delight. Maybe when you learn to paddle this river of life you can help others who don't yet understand ;). Peace.

I do the same, when I feel that something bad will happen, or I have an anxiety attack/paranoia etc. I light a candle, draw my pentagram and meditate and say this chant over and over, summoning for guidance of what i should do, and 99% of the time, i receive the guidance i require :) Blessed be, My sister of the divine God and Goddess!!

Seems to me that it is easier to mock what is not understood though it is basic principles. Take care of the planet that allows us to live on and in turn the planet will take care of us. May the Almighty bless you; you've echoed my feelings and belief. Many, perhaps most, don't seem to understand that many Christians (as myself, and you also) can be pagan as well. My Italian upbringing is strictly Catholic yet gloriously rich with underlying pagan themes and practices. My grandmother was called upon by neighbors who felt they were afflicted by "il malocchio"- the evil eye, and she excercised the proper rituals and prayers to release them from it. Our faiths overlap.
