I don't think any other brands can compete with Pagani Design in the under 100 USD low tier. Ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal, solid end links, solid links, solid milled clasps. In their Submariner homages using genuine Seiko NH35A movements, made in Japan (not Malaysia). They really are making unbeatable value watches. Seiko are still using; Hardlex, hollow end links, pressed clasps, aluminium bezels, in the Seiko 5 range, and charging over 200 USD for this spec. Parnis is the only brand that can compete; but their watches are more expensive; and similar quality. Regards.

Christopher Ward also use a similar pair of magnets in their wooden watch boxes and they don't magnetise their movements either. Magnetic fields can be found in things as simple as a set of speakers, or magnetic bracelet to radio waves, microwaves and even X-rays. For many of us the limited contact we have with such magnetic fields produces little to no noticeable effect on the operation of our watches. Having one’s timepiece be affected by magnetic fields is not a result of the mechanical revolution of the 20th century, as one might be inclined to think. In fact the first experiments in producing an anti-magnetic watch originated in 1846 by Vacheron Constantin. Although their experiments took a few years Vacheron did become the first to produce an anti-magnetic pocket watch in 1915, while Tissot was the brand to assemble the first anti-magnetic wrist watch in 1929. Since I started my channel February last year I have made 112 videos, and studied the analytics; and AdSense revenue those videos generated. This year I have decided to put less time into my channel, so won't be making any more macro shots videos for example. The problem with educational videos about watches, and movements; is they only appeal to a minority of watch collectors. This is why so many watch channels make Rolex clickbait content, as that gains the most views; and therefore earns them the most AdSense revenue. I will be making some more videos discussing my watch modding, as that gives me a break from just doing monotonous watch reviews. Regards.

This is their latest version (with the updated ceramic bezel so the blue/black splits halfway through the 6). The cyclops is definitely 1.5x magnification. I can see the difference when I compare it side-by-side with my Rolex Submariner Date (which is 2.5x). I have seen on some Pagani Design they have improved the date magnification to 2.5x. Next week I will be reviewing a PD-1661 so it will be interesting to see if that has the 2.5x cyclops improvement. With regards to their specification on their website there have been errors such as lug dimensions. They also used to put "Japan Movement" on the dial, when it is Chinese. But this one doesn't have that fault as they have updated the dials. So don't trust the 2.5x spec on the site is what I am saying. Regards.

Thank you for watching. 6 inches is the minimum wrist size for the Jubilee bracelet, as there are no micro adjustment holes in the clasp. With all the screw pin links removed 6 inches is the minimum. Your only option is the Oyster style version (which fits a 5.5 inch wrist), or alternatively wearing it on a rubber strap. Regards.

Thank you for watching. Congratulations. Yes, first pull out the diver extension link. Then if you look inside the link you will see 2 slots for a spring bar tool to fit in. You use the spring bar tool to press the ends of the pin in, and you will see there are 3 dimples either side inside the clasp. The factory always sets the pin in the outer pair of dimples, but you can move it in another 1 or 2 dimples to make the bracelet shorter. If that doesn't shorten it enough; I recommend you buy one of these Glidelock clasps. They fit the PD-1662 Jubilee bracelet. The clasp is slightly longer than the Pagani Design one, but the Glidelock has more adjustment, so you can make the bracelet shorter than with the PD-1662 clasp. Wear yours in good health. I am in Ireland and watches typically arrive from Aliexpress in 2-3 weeks as they now have a distribution hub in Leige, Belgium. 3-4 weeks delivery seems to be typical for America; 2 weeks from China, then another 1-2 weeks for the watch to clear US Customs, and USPS to deliver. I appreciate you are disappointed, but try to keep your comments in my channel clean in future. If demagnetisation doesn't work, then try regulation. If a movement is gaining or losing a lot of time within 24 hours it usually means its magnetised rather than poorly regulated. @@awsmaster7788 If you paid via Paypal; I would advise you to open a Paypal dispute to get a refund. If you bought the watch via Aliexpress; I would advise you open a dispute via their system to get a refund. In all cases it isn't usual for a seller to offer to send a new movement. Of course they cannot expect a collector to be able to change a movement; that is a job for a watchmaker or experienced watch modder. I think the best solution is to just get refunded, then buy another watch. Unfortunately this is the risk buying watches from Aliexpress; great when the watch is good as they are excellent value. But a terrible experience when faulty as one has to deal with poor customer service from the seller typically. One has to be careful which seller to use for Pagani Design; some are better than others. I can highly recommend the one below. I have just reviewed a PD-1661 Cerit from them and it was excellent. I have also used them several times before with no problems. To answer your question; yes, a faulty movement does warrant a full refund. Offering to send a movement is not satisfactory. The warranty means either a full refund, or new watch as replacement for the faulty one. In most cases the seller doesn't ask for the faulty watch back; Aliexpress usually handle the refund and just ask for a video proving the fault; then they authorise the refund themselves.
