I actually like what they've done here, combining the Black Bay and Pelagos combined with a waffle dial and date I think this is pretty damn good for the money.

I just received my yesterday direct dial one like yours. They fix the bugs as far as the indexing in the side of the slab finish is much better than the ones on other reviews and they also change the color of the lettering from white to go lick your watch which looks more like the real tutors that’s right out your face like the white lettering

I have seen a number of reviews prior to this one, I can't recall any mentioning issues with the rivets on the bracelet catching on the case, but it seems odd that PD have put one on the end link so that there is the possibility of them rubbing/catching on the sides of the lugs. I think the overall design of the dial is excellent, the waffle pattern takes it to another level. It is quite a chunky watch. Never been a huge fan of snowflake hands, but in this case it seems to work, as does the 'Pelagos' style indices. I did buy one (the same as yours) in the sale which has just finished, I have a few PD watches and so far they have not disappointed at the price I have paid. They offer fantastic value for money, and are usually a little better finished and/or specced than some of the other Aliexpress offerings. A complete waste of time putting a cheap crappy divers extension on the bracelet, no-one is going to use it anyway. They have been criticised for doing this on other watches, but seem to insist on including them. As you quite rightly pointed out, build a decent one, charge a few more $$ or just leave them off.

I really like the square indices on this one...might make me favor it over the Pepsi GMT Homage.

Bro.i bought a red bezel and a Black bezel for myself.Hope there are more improvements on the play of the rotating bezel and best finishes on the sides of Casing.Really if not I send them back Will keep you posted.Nice review.

Over the moon with mine, 109 quid , value value value ,,, a lot of reviews pull these to pieces, how much do you have to spend on a seiko to get sapphire crystal , or solid end links , I’ve bought 2 seiko watches with out of alignment bezels , they cost at least double, you have the right to your opinions as everyone does , I have subbed to your channel and respect your views , I will be making a video of this watch on my channel in a few days when I have give it a true run to work ,, and several hrs wrist time ,, today have been mixing cement and drilling with a hammer drill ,, it’s in one piece still l o l at the min cheers Shane ,,, uk 🇬🇧. 109 quid brilliant

Lettering in Gold on the face is much better that the white, though I can only seem to find the watch with white print to buy at the moment!

Teh brushing on the sides of your watch case looks quite nice... I wonder if they fixed that... The earlier reviews had strange rough brushing that looked like streaks on the sides of the case.

I have it and it is a beautiful watch. Easy to remove the links. This watch does not look like a $100-$150 watch.

It's more of a BB Heritage homage than a BB58 because of its size.

Lug width is 22mm, not 20mm! This makes the free 20mm Nato-Strap not really useful on this watch.

Isn't it rather misleading to call it a BB58 Homage when the case diameter is 41mm instead 39mm?
