Thanks for the great review. PD really has the quartz chronograph market down. I wish they would offer better specs at some higher prices. Thanks as always.

Thanks for the review. I like the apollo and appreciate the effort by pd. With that said, this is a model that had room for improvement over the OEM. I would have preferred non skeleton and no additional color except white and black.

I saw one of these at a local pawn shop. The logo was replaced with an omega logo and the caseback with one from a Seamaster(or knockoff there of). To top it off the were asking $1500. Needless to say, wont be shopping there anytime soon.

That may have actually been a Omega Apollo 8 speedy which this is supposed to hommage.

@@HelloThere-jd8vd there's no where on earth apollo 8 speedy will end up in pawnshop for sale @ $1,500, pawnshop owners aren't retarded. The original one is fully ceramic and has a crystal case back showing off the beautiful movement inside and is distinguishable from the homage with 1look/touch. That said, i love Pagani watches for the price they're offering.

Love your reviews but some of your takes are a little off. I hope Pagani does not listen to you I think in 2024 to be putting inferior materials on watches just because it kind of sort of looks like it did back in the day is a silly thought process. People work hard for their money and they want their products to last and putting crummy materials like aluminum and plastic on watches is no go

That's fair. But even omega STILL uses aluminum and acrylic on their speedmaster. I'm not saying every watch should acrylic and aluminum, this model works fine with sapphire and ceramic, but some models will look better with an aluminum bezel. Obviously an option for acrylic and sapphire would be ideal, but I don't see that happening. Talking with my reps, acrylic will probably never happen because people see all the negatives of acrylic and none of the positives, and vice versa for sapphire. 🤷
