10 million views.. wow :) it’s so hard for me to believe.. It only feels like a little while ago that this was created on my old laptop in a tiny apartment in LA. I don’t know what to say other than to thank you all so much for watching and enjoying this video & the others after all these years :) I realize that I haven’t provided content for this channel in quite some time.. I promise you that I am very much still alive! Life is a complicated journey that can sometimes provide adventurous paths of blessing & opportunity as well as seemingly mountainous trials of distraction and struggle, whether it be through having to move to new places, troubles within a relationship, the need for other lucrative work, loss of inspiration, family drama, or the genuine need for personal growth & reflection.. and sooometimes those things can sneak in the way of the art that we know deep down to be most important thing in our lives.. When I first started making these videos I had gone into it with no real expectation other than to somehow make use of the knowledge and passion I had for these finished characters/stories, to make my friends and family laugh, and to learn more about creating music from scratch. Any popularity that arose from that quest came at a complete yet gratefully welcomed surprise to me.. and though indeed that did form a drive inside to continue creating new tributes to these characters at the time, I found that eventually it also led to a slight feeling of being stuck within this general theme of video.. As fun as it is to make these songs, I worried and was under the illusion that I couldn’t make music unless it was in dedication to someone else’s project, which I’ll admit discouraged me for a time. I never really thought of this channel as anything but a personal collection of my musical projects, not necessarily a channel dedicated to one particular type of thing. It has taken a great long while to get the rhythm and energy of my old self back, but I can happily say to you all that this channel is, in fact, not dead and that I am finally recording and creating music again! And though it may take a little while to get back into the swing of things, I will be uploading music of specifically beloved movie/game/show characters & stories once more as well as personal melodic projects of their own nature as often as I am able! Thank you so so much for your continued patience, understanding, and supportive comments over the years, I receive everyone of them and can’t express to you how much it means to me to read them everyday..
