I know you didn’t ask for advice but that could be because your washing your hair too often. Maybe when you don’t have any plans for a while, then you should try not washing it for a few weeks, it may feel gross but eventually your hair will get used to it and it will even feel nicer by the end of the few weeks. then you should only need to wash it every few days or even once a week and it’ll still look and feel great! :)

Sameeeeee. I have thin, fine, straight blonde hair and it gets greasy so quickly! I'm 27 and have seriously tried training my hair every summer during middle/high school and it never worked. It's just the hair type. The strands are basically just a slide for oil, whereas hair with more texture has more turns to slow the oil down. I can stretch my hair a day and a half during winter tho lol My scalp is also healthier when I wash it more often, but again, that's just the hair type If you have curly/wavy/thick hair, I recommend trying to train to wash every other day, once a week, etc. Whatever you can manage to find works best It may also be the products you use. Uber cheap stuff like vo5 and herbal essence make me an oil slick, so I have to at least get the bicer drugstore stuff or splurge at a liter sale at a beauty store. If you use leave in conditioner, it may be too heavy of a product. Make sure not to apply conditioner too close to the roots either

If I wash my hair everyday it's gross, every other day works for me and saves me time too -also don't use crappy shampoos ad conditioners for ur hair and you'll probably be good

My sister did pageants and she did well on the interview portion but hated swimsuit the most. She got a few local crowns, lots of scholarship $, and also went to Miss SC. She didn't place, but she received a big scholarship for being one of the top talents. Get that scholarship $$$, and don't let all the superficial stuff mess with your head too much.

@@Grace-ms7un haha me too! It's not so much the clothing I have to go big on but the makeup. I'll still wear my flannel and converse but my makeup is going to be painstakingly perfect....when I feel like it. It is all or nothing with me.
