INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
---- मूंग दाल का परांठा ----
मूंग दाल (बिना छिल्का) - १/२ कप (२ घंटे भीगी हुई)
‍लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
जीरा - १।२ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - १ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच
आटा - १ कप
----पकोडों का रायता ----
बेसन - १/४ कप
हल्दी पाउडर - १ चुटकी
नमक - १ चुटकी
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ + १ चुटकी
अजवाइन - १ चुटकी
मीठा सोडा - १/२ चुटकी
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार
दही - १ कप
भूना जीरा पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - १, बारीक कटी हुई
चीनी - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच
(ENGLISH)
---- Mung Dal Paratha ----
Split Mung bean (without skin) - ½ cup (soaked for 2 hours)
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Wheat flour - 1 cup
---- Pakora Raita ----
Gramflour - ¼ cup
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 pinch
Red Chilli powder - 1 + 1 pinch
Ajwain - 1 pinch
Baking Soda - ½ pinch
Edible Oil - to fry
Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup
Roasted Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Sugar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon

Paratha is a new version..I make left over chadi mung daal stuff karke... but the Raita....yummy Mazza as jaega... will try this combo... waise bhi love dahi boondi raita.. another excellent recepie !!!

Namaste Auntyji this is an excellent recipes. My mom used to make these parathas on days she would fast. She would also make this with bajra flour when she would observe the bachwaras vrat by cooking the rotis the night before and eat it cold the next day with just plain plain curd raita. I had been looking for this recipe all over and you are the first one to post it. Brings back memories! Thanks so much. Happy Mother's day!

NavRatri Special Good Wishes. The daal in the Parathas are soaked overnight and kneaded:, or did u boil it and mix. V Sindhi's boil daal and fill it like ALU
