ഒറ്റ ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് പൈൽസ് മാറിയാൽ ലോകാൽഭുതമായിരിക്കും.(സർ, ഞാൻ എല്ലാ ചികിൽസയും എടുത്ത് പൈൽസിനെ കുറിച്ച് മനസിലാക്കിയ ഒരാളാണ്.ഇത്തരം ചികിൽസ കൊണ്ടൊന്നും പൈൽസ് മാറില്ല. സർജറി കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ മൂലക്കുരു പൂർണ്ണമായും മാറുകയുള്ളൂ.
