But if they truly are on the receiving end of "proprietary" necropsy data from other stranding centers which have STILL not released any Level B or C data to the public, that would validate the speculation I posted early on questioning whether a non-malignant stranding center conducting a necropsy would be a situation where one of the bad faith players like Mystic, or NEAq et al., could get their grubby little mitts into the data (and do who knows what with it, since there's no public oversight on this...but offshore wind-sponsored NGO's being the arbiters of evidence that would incriminate offshore wind activities in whale deaths is always worth trumpeting from the rooftops.)

Any zooplankton that gets taken into the cooling stations has a 100% mortality rate. This is not counting the enormous area around each turbine where the blades churn up the surface layer of the water which would complete disrupt any plankton as if they're going into a blender.
