Opportunities Come Uniquely Only Once. But You Measure it with Grace, Confidence, Life Experience and Intelligence.............Once One, who pokes his head above the crowd usually gets knock back to the level of others but the best try continuous to do so and finally succeed... That is accomplished by learning and moving the barriers every so slightly to squeeze above the roaring population and maintain it by the above 4!!!!!

See, i get the purpose behind that at 2:26 but that brought me back to something Gilbert Arenas said regarding womens basketball and how it can or it wont grow respectively. Let these girls get flashy, let them bring their flair to the game, don't coach it out of them, let her and any girl who is talented at passing the ball pass the ball in ways that are unconvensional, that's what is going to bring people in to watch, not fundamentals. That's why it would be good for the WNBA to allow girls to go straight to the league or get drafted from High School. Then they will bring that creativity straight to the pros before it gets coached out of them

I mean the same thing happens in men's college ball, but they still have that flash when they get to the NBA. The coaching she receives at UCONN will simply make her a better basketball player and I doubt her flashiness will ever be coached out of her game, but she may have to ease off a bit while in college.
