Paige has lead a team with no forwards to the top 10. Four starters are playing out of position. Only 1 starter over 6 feet. 4 of the 7 are freshmen. They lost 5 players for the season. All of them were going to play a lot. Some would start. Their bench only puts up about 8 points a game. Their starting back court - Nika and Kk are mostly defensive players. All of this and you think she is overrated. She is the fastest Uconn player to get to 1,000 points tying Moore . She has the 2nd most points per game in Uconn history. Even though she is a pass first player. She morphs into what the team needs. She's a point guard that is playing power forward. She is playing great defense and leading her team in blocks. No other player can do that. This is why they Had her as the 2nd pick in the draft this year and first on a couple mock drafts . She makes her team better than it should be because she doesn't bog down the offense. She keeps the ball moving Very few stars do that. They have lost too much talent and size. They can't win the title because of it. But people give them a shot because of Paige. Aaleya is a great player also. She is a great team player and leader. But, it's still not enough. Paige is still the best player. But, some people only look at points. She is more of a Magic Johnson type player. He did whatever was needed. Even play center
