omg training for a half: number one tip is to run slow, ii mean like really slow to start out with. also cultivate a playlist to run with or listen to podcasts (i've actually found that podcasts make the time go really fast).

For the running a half: take it in chuncks and sign up for a race so you can have a deadline to reach! Also get some ginger supplements so you don’t blow up your pants on long runs!

I trained for and ran a half marathon a couple years ago. I def recommend getting a running buddy to keep you accountable and googling a free half marathon training plan and following it.
