Paignton Zoo, located in South Devon, has over two thousand animals, including giraffes, meerkats, gorillas, orang utans, rhinos, giant tortoises, crocodiles, zebras, lions, tigers, cheetahs and of course our elephant, Duchess.
Everything is spread over an 80 acre site and there is lots to see. There are also plenty of play areas for children.
Paignton Zoo is a registered conservation and education charity.

I lobe this zoo for nearly all my birthdays i go to it its the best place in the world you don't know how much i love this zoo its really fun to be here! 🥰🦩🦏🐪🦍🦓🦧🦒🐘🦚🦜

I've been here twice: once in 2019 and a second time in 2021. Unfortunately when we went Duchess the elephant died and it was raining. But when we went in 2021 it was 30 degrees and we had an excellent time but there was some news that I didn't know: there are now one species and one of the gorillas has moved.
