Imagine the guy was a serial killer having suddenly a kink with a detective with questionable morals. Here the twist, the serial killer let's called him Adam and the detective Aki, is classmates while in highschool and university ( With good medical course and Scientific research) . They never really close with each other but they do had a slight rival in school placement ranks of number one. After graduation, they part way until 10 years later.. Adam went on to become an accomplished medical doctor and notorious serial killer hunter at night. Aki went on to became a forensic doctor and doing detective work for several notorious company for several thousand and of millions. Aki is that cold prodigious and slightly sadistic man. While Adam is that bored genius and had a massive obsession with blood since he accidentally awakened at the sight of blood splattered over his lab coat.

Pov : You being stranded by another man. You laid in a tub full of blood bags that you stole from the hospital. You heated the blood carefully with a tall cleanse boiler. As you stripped naked before going in the tub.. there's seem to be strangling happened with somebody that suddenly attacked you from behind.. The stranger trapped your back against their body. The person choked you as you struggling to breathe. Amidst the fluorocent light shining into your eyes, you saw a shadow of a man in a black T-shirt and jeans that you recognize.. How much do you play with the speed of the song before deciding on the right tempo? I love it slowed down even more. 0.75 might be a tad too much or maybe the distortion is just throwing me off but I definitely love this song even slower.
