I mostly use amsterdam brand or creative inspiration acrylic paint and water, ratio of about 40% - 50% water. Check out my video on how I mix my paints for a paint and water painting: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rqhioLGZ0rCVcWw.html It has changed a bit over the years but this is what I have for now.

@@MOLLYSARTISTRY I am so thankful that I see now no idea how I missed it that Rinske has the grey water ratio in so thankful now I I will get that grey and mix that the same and get a feel for the right consistency consistency I really needed that I was hoping she was gonna stick with the white I can understand why she didn’t because she said we couldn’t see the white as clearly as for Gray , but imagine me sitting here, unable to learn anything from Olga’s or your ratio as I only have the Australian floetro then four months I don’t know how I missed Rinske video on it and I thought I’ve really got nothing from the course that I wanted. I mean I got other things from the course. Don’t get me wrong, but the main thing was just one ratio so I could figure out all the other ratios and I got it with the water and paint thank goodness, thank you or hopefully you can do a video on the different flow of the Australian and the American so then I can learn from the other mixtures that you’ve done so I don’t know if out patrol how much dinner it is if you were to do a video in that course on how much what are you have to add to the American photo to make it like the Australian one then I would have an idea for other consistency. Sorry but thank you.

When you first paint the canvas, do you let it dry before putting the other colors on?

it looks too flowy to be dry. either does first layer of bg color, lets it dry and pours it again to avoid unpainted spots, or just doesn't let it dry at all and goes in with other colors
