Theres a special anti graffiti coating you can put over the murals that makes anything painted on top of it easy to remove. Only thing is it might be too expensive to make it worth but definitely something to look into.

Maybe put a hydrophobic (water proof) coating on top of the art? I don’t know how spray paint really works or how the hydrophobic spray works either, but maybe be a good test.

Jealously, young writers who don't know the game, territory, and also the want to get up on a sick mural to get recognized. Back in the day you would go find that dude and battle him or throw down. But now days taffeta don't have respect for anything, back in the day all writers and muralist had a bond, stuck togther. If there was heat between two writers it was because you went over him, so they had no right to bomb that mural! There toy mothaf**kers who are trying to get noticed. Growing up and living in L.A it hurts to see a nice mural get bombed like this. Back when I was a knuckle head hitting up walls we used to have an unspoken rule not to hit up murals. But you know you always got some worthless shits that don't give a fuck.

This is how it works.. This guy started somewhere too. Maybe he wasn't blasting murals but some people don't care. It's not about morals or whatever. Graffiti is graffiti. You couldn't have the mural without the tagging.

Great job! Good thing you recorded it. One time someone broke into my house and smeared paint on a commission drawing I was working on along with other stuff. Too bad you can protect it with glass or plexiglass and just wash off the tags. Or create paintings that people can’t reach to tag lol. Keep up the great work!

Valparaiso is a city in Chile where they have murals decorating almost a big part of the place which is extended all the way to the slums and the paint are a beautiful piece of art painted by local and international artist and if they catch a tagger he or she will not live to tell. The people from the slums will make sure that it will not happen again. Those murals are protected by the city and moreover by the people. I just do not understand how ignorant someone can be by not recognized what is art and talent and just tagging. Look at it A2M, SORK and 10MK that's what I was able to read. These taggers will die in misery, mentally poor. Their actions defined who they are and how they going to end.

When i see your camera on the road. My guts keep telling me: "please, keep an eye or just dont put there that camera will be stolen"... And it did. But, hey i hope you get your camera back! Or i hope they get a karma soon. ...... As an artist myself, yes. Its really hurt when people ruins your art or even destroyed or tagging like that. It took ages to making that art mural, tradisional art, digital art, etc. What we can do is, telling people dont do that, or fixing the art, or giving a watermark. Even, tho it not enough. But, i really like your optimistic tho. Keep that up.

Should put a new camera up, empty with a remote detonated HE-grenade, or just C4 or Semtex with a remote trigger... Thieves comes rolling by and steals the cam, press the button - less thieves on the street.

The city Jamestown NY, has a lot of pretty bare walls and whatnot that could use Kiptoe's artistry. There is one airbrush shop that does some small little pictures here and there and there's the huge Lucille Ball mural, but Jamestown could be welcoming you Kiptoe's talent and it would really brighten up the city

I just watched this video and I am so PISSED!!!!!!! That was an amazing piece of work on a massive scale and the disrespect for the effort and talent that was displayed is just sickening !
