Video shows flag art being made. There are two flags being made at the same time. The video shows the complete process, but will show footage of either flag.
Video is mostly time lapse footage with some discussion to aid in making one of your own.

Gloss White
Gloss Deep Blue
Ultra Matte Black
Black, White, & Blue style:
Inside of eyes, nose and mouth was painted blue. The outside edge was painted to match the colors right next to the edge.
Red, White, & Blue style:
Inside of eyes, nose and mouth was painted black. The outside edge was painted to match the colors right next to the edge.

Inside of eyes, nose and mouth was painted black. The outside edge was painted to match the colors right next to the edge. The entire project was dusted (Spray painted with Paint Can held at a distance for minimal coverage) with mostly black and some white paint.
A scroll saw was used to cut the shape in the video.

Tool safety and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) has not been discussed in great detail in this video. It is up to the person using the tool to know and understand how to properly use the tools.
