Harry Potter thing - In The Goblet of Fire (the book), it is stated that at the Quidditch World Cup that people are betting on Ireland winning but Krum would catch the snitch. The Snitch ends the game, yes, but it does not guarantee victory. In the context of Hogwarts, it would be like a high school football, soccer, etc. match, meaning that the students wouldn't be expected to produce high scoring, neck-and-neck games where 150 points *wouldn't* determine the winner.

I'd honestly love to watch the unedited, long form of this. I feel like there are some really good interactions (here and the Ludwig one and who knows who joins in future episodes) that are "lost" in the 14 minutes :) Also Lily seems so happy having a captive audience that's painting which is nice to see lol
